METHOD
FOR THE DOUGH
Put all the dough ingredients in a large bowl and mix them very well.
Let the dough rest.
Then cut the dough into smaller pieces.
On floured surface, open the pieces of dough in sheets, in the desired size.
FOR THE FILLING
Add the eggs, the feta cheese OLYMPOS broken with hands, the olive oil and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Then cut the surface of the cheese pie in pieces, spread fresh butter to the pastry sheets, pour some water and bake at 200 C for 60 minutes.
