1 cucumber
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt

30 gr. olive oil (3 tbsp)

METHOD
GREEK TZATZIKI SAUCE
Grate 1 large cucumber using the coarse side of a grater and place it in a bowl.
Add salt and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the

, garlic, white vinegar, pepper, and mix well.
Strain the cucumber very well and add it to the bowl.
Finely chop the dill, add it to the bowl, and mix.
Add extra salt if needed.
