200 gr. sugar
245 gr. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 vanillin
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. cocoa

METHOD
In 1 bowl combine the
orange juice
, white vinegar, baking soda, sunflower oil, water, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanillin.
Place the mixture in 12 paper cupcake cups and then in 1 pan with cupcake holes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175
ο
C on the resistance function for about 30’.
