Vegan, Sugar Free Kariokes (Greek chocolate covered soft biscuits) with 4 ingredients

INGREDIENTS
320 gr sugar free Digestive biscuits
1 tbsp cocoa powder
100 ml
OLYMPOS KARPOS ALMOND drink no sugar
300 gr sugar free chocolate couverture 52%
1 tbsp sunflower oil (optional)

METHOD
Crush the biscuits and put them in a mixing bowl.
Add the cocoa powder and combine.
Pour 100 ml
OLYMPOS KARPOS ALMOND drink no sugar
and knead by hand.
When the ingredients are combined to a dough, form a salami-like roll and put in the freezer for around 15 minutes.
Cut the roll into slices and melt the chocolate couverture, optionally adding the sunflower oil.
Dip the slices into the melted couverture, pull out and wait until the chocolate hardens and sets.
