Juicy Chiclen Fillet With White Sauce

INGREDIENTS
3 chicken fillets (900 g)
500 g
OLYMPΟS KARPΟS Unsweetened Oat Drink
(2 cups)
1 medium onion
40 g olive oil (4 tbsp)
25 g cornflour
Allspice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper
FOR SERVING
Chopped parsley

METHOD
Score the chicken fillets and sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they are browned and caramelized.
Remove the fillets from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
Add the finely chopped onion, allspice, and garlic powder to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the
OLYMPUS KARPOS Unsweetened Oat Drink
, cornflour, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken fillets to the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley and basmati rice.
