Juicy Chiclen Fillet With White Sauce

METHOD
  1. Score the chicken fillets and sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they are browned and caramelized.
  2. Remove the fillets from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
  3. Add the finely chopped onion, allspice, and garlic powder to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the OLYMPUS KARPOS Unsweetened Oat Drink, cornflour, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the chicken fillets to the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve with chopped parsley and basmati rice.
